Uzbek legislation does not allow registering a bank account in the name of a foreign legal entity or opening a branch for commercial activity, but registration of a new or subsidiary company with opening accounts in rubles, dollars or euros is possible. Special attention should be paid to the possibility of registering a company for IT activities and obtaining quotas for it to be exempt from the tax burden.

The procedure of documents registration is facilitated by the possibility of their early preparation: agreement of a bank account, consideration of agreements on future activities, remote receipt of registration documents and tax numbers for the registration of a legal entity.
